Application

Lower electrode for weld nut is combination of 3 sets of KCF guide pin, Lower electrode, Lower electrode holder.
※ Guide pin will be lifted stably by either Air flow or spring.

KCF guide pin

Guide pin has  guiding  point ( body ) matching with nut diameter.

Lower electrode

The materials are prepared two kinds, one is made of Chrome Zirconium Copper ( CrZrCu ) and another is made of Beryllium copper alloy ( CuBe50 ).

Lower electrode holder

There are wide selections in taper degree and 3 choices in lower electrode holder length that enable efficient cooling effect.
By applicationof water cooling jacket, you can get adjustmenton locationthat makeyou easy to escape from the trouble on location of the welding object.

Shape of Guide pin tip is tapered convexed.
R shaped taper enable stable nut insert and holding.

Washer electrode with step   UFO

It is exchanged that the part becomes duller due to the welding heat.  The durability is not fallen down compared with ones redressed again.
As the surface of each part of the electrode is exchanged , it is always new.
The height control is not necessary.
As the wasted part is very little and enviroment friendly and cost saving.
