The cleaning of the wire plating dregs accumulated in the conduit inside and at the same time the more smooth wire feeding is possible by the effect of lubrication.

Cleaning is contrary effect !?

Cleaning only is possibility of raise of friction coefficient.The dregs of so called sludge is accumulated and will be occurred burning phenomenon.
It might be the reason of welding failure due to the sludge to be carried to the Contact Tip.By burning, the change of expensive conduit will be very great damage.

Daily Control is important !

Regularly the spray to the wire feeding route will be maintained the best condition of the conduit.The longer life of contact tip or conduit will be gained by just a little time.Including the changing time, the effect of cost down will be very high.
It is recommendable to keep the lubricant condition by the LL Conduit Cleaner.
