Application

Use to join Cap tip and Holder.

Characteristic

(1) The Materials are made of high Beryllium content copper alloy ( CUBe25 ) having high hardness and tensile strength, figure endurance and abrasion resistance.

(2) This shank has long life as this has lower abrasion, bruise and deformation on taper than it made of other material , when Cap tip is put on and off.
* Straight Shak φ16 only prepared made of CuCrZr .
* Main Taper MT1(1/20.047). MT2(1/20.020)

 

 

Offset shank

Application

Offset shank is used when the work (welding point) is locating unsuitable location for straight shank.

Characteristic

(1) Used of Beryllium copper alloy ( CuBe25 ) having high shardness and tensile strength, fatigue endurance and abrasion resistance.

(2) This  shank has long life as this has lower abrasion, bruise and deformation on taper than it made of other material, when Cap tip is put on and off.

◆ Stepped shank

Application

It is used taper MT2, 16-1/10, 16-1/5 and connected with cap tip of φ9・φ13.

Characteristic

As the same holder of φ16 shank , it is possible to use φ9・φ13.
It is possible for the narrow space welding.

◆ ＳＫＫ shank

Application

It is used with taper MT2, 16-1/10, and connected with cap tip of φ13.

Characteristic

As the tip position only is thin processing for the connection of φ13 cap tip, it is suitable for the lack of welding strength of stepped shank.

◆ WSK shank

Application

It is used for the  connection between holder and cap tip.

Characteristic

The taper of holder side are φ13：12-1/10 ,φ16：16-1/10 , 16-1/5.
