チップ孔の状態確認、管理を目的とした溶接現場で使いやすいチップ孔診断用ホールゲージ。A hole gauge for diagnosing the condition of tip holes, designed for easy use on welding sites to facilitate inspection and management of tip hole quality.

使用済みチップの主な交換理由は
①チップ先端孔径の拡大（孔拡がり）
②孔詰り（銅粉、鉄粉、その他）
③孔の内部キズ
④チップ溶着
この中で②と③の要因に対応し、対策を適正に取ることが出来れば、チップ交換頻度を抑制できると同時に溶接不良も減らすことが可能。
HGピンは、この診断を溶接現場で手軽に行えるツール。The main reasons for replacing used tips are:
1. Expansion of the tip hole diameter (hole widening)
2. Clogging (from copper powder, iron powder, or other substances)
3. Internal damage to the hole
4. Tip fusion By addressing and effectively managing factors 2 and 3, it is possible to reduce tip replacement frequency and, at the same time, decrease welding defects. The HG Pin is a tool designed to make this diagnostic process easy and convenient right at the welding site.
